Panel Manufacturing & Automation

The energy backbone of a yacht is its panels. A panel with wrong design, poor build quality and inadequate cooling produces failures in a short time; a properly designed panel works flawlessly for ten years. CDB Marin manufactures custom panels for each yacht in accordance with IEC and ISO standards. Main AC distribution panel, DC service panel, ATS (automatic transfer) panel, alarm and monitoring panel — we design each one specifically for the need, manufacture with quality components, put through factory tests and commission on the yacht. In component selection, we prefer world brands such as Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Mastervolt and Victron. Alarm and monitoring systems are the vital signs of the yacht: engine temperature, oil pressure, bilge level, battery voltage, fuel level, water level, generator status — all monitored from the touch panel and mobile application. With smart yacht automation (Mastervolt CZone, Empirbus), lighting, air conditioning, curtains, music and pumps are controlled from a single panel.
